When are the live calls and how are they delivered?

Is this program for me if I’m pregnant or have dietary requirements?
No, it is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, nor for those with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, or vegetarian diets.
How is the membership delivered?
Meal plans will be delivered every Friday for the upcoming week starting from the following Monday. Programming will be delivered every Monday, and subsequently every eight weeks. Mindset activities will be sent on the 1st of each month, and weekly affirmations will be delivered every Monday via Facebook.
Will I get any one-on-one time with Liz?
Unfortunately, there isn't any one-on-one support available with Liz or any support beyond the Q&A calls. However, private coaching sessions are available on a one-on-one basis, and you can apply for them here.
I’m outside Australia, is this for me?
Yes, although the foods on the meal plans are Australian brands, you can alter it to suit your country.
Can I change out foods if I don’t like them?
Certainly, but it's important to ensure that the food swaps contain similar amounts of proteins, fats, and carbs as provided in the meal plan. A guide will be included to assist you in figuring this out
